Important Information to Know…

Parking
Parking is available at Queen’s Hall for 200 cars so we encourage carpooling.
Weather advisory indicates rainfall may occur on Wednesday so be sure to walk with your umbrellas.

Dress
There is no specific dress code but business casual always seems to be a popular choice. Casual, trendy and chic are also gaining popularity.
(Note: the auditorium does tend to get chilly, so do keep that in mind also)

Photography
When the speakers are on the stage we kindly ask that you take off your flash from your cameras or cell phones.

Auditorium Rules
Please turn off your cell phones while in the auditorium. Also, no food or drink will be allowed inside the auditorium.

Social Media
On the day, hashtag your social posts with #TEDxPoS15 and #OffRecord to join in the conversation!

After Party
Stick around for the after party from 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm. Light refreshments will be served and a cash bar will be available.
